Support

xtra audio provides in-app support through a live chat widget. The chat connects directly to the support team for real-time assistance.

Live Chat

The live chat is accessible from any page in the application. A chat icon appears in the bottom-right corner of the screen.

Starting a Conversation

  1. Click the chat icon in the bottom-right corner.
  2. Enter the message in the text field.
  3. Press Enter or click the send button.

The support team receives the message in real-time. Response times vary depending on availability.

Features

  • Text messages — Type questions or describe issues directly in the chat
  • File attachments — Attach screenshots or files to provide context
  • Conversation history — Previous conversations are preserved and accessible
  • Typing indicators — See when a support agent is responding
  • Satisfaction survey — Rate the support experience after a conversation is resolved

Availability

The chat widget shows the current availability status. When the support team is online, messages receive real-time responses. Messages sent outside of availability hours are queued and answered when the team is back online.

Transcript

A transcript of the conversation can be requested through the chat interface. This provides a record of the discussion and any instructions shared by the support team.
