Support
xtra audio provides in-app support through a live chat widget. The chat connects directly to the support team for real-time assistance.
Live Chat
The live chat is accessible from any page in the application. A chat icon appears in the bottom-right corner of the screen.
Starting a Conversation
- Click the chat icon in the bottom-right corner.
- Enter the message in the text field.
- Press Enter or click the send button.
The support team receives the message in real-time. Response times vary depending on availability.
Features
- Text messages — Type questions or describe issues directly in the chat
- File attachments — Attach screenshots or files to provide context
- Conversation history — Previous conversations are preserved and accessible
- Typing indicators — See when a support agent is responding
- Satisfaction survey — Rate the support experience after a conversation is resolved
Availability
The chat widget shows the current availability status. When the support team is online, messages receive real-time responses. Messages sent outside of availability hours are queued and answered when the team is back online.
Transcript
A transcript of the conversation can be requested through the chat interface. This provides a record of the discussion and any instructions shared by the support team.
